William R. Hinchman, a partner in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, was a faculty member at a CLE sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute entitled, "Trying a Case in Bankruptcy Court."
Mr. Hinchman concentrates his practice in the representation of regional and national businesses in a full range of complex commercial, government contracts and bankruptcy litigation matters.
