Morton R. Branzburg of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP was named a winner of the 9th Annual Turnaround Awards for his involvement on the Private Placement of an exit financing facility for Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company, L.P., Cooper-Booth Transportation Company, L.P., and Cooper-Booth Management Company, Inc., which enabled the company to successfully exit chapter 11 through a Plan of Reorganization transaction.

The award will be presented at the 2015 Distressed Investing Summit in Palm Beach in February.  

Mr. Branzburg is a founding member of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, LLP and is co-chair of its Bankruptcy/Corporate Restructuring Department.
