William R. Hinchman, a partner and commercial litigator at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, LLP, participated as a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Mid-Atlantic Deposition Skills Program.  The Deposition Skills program provides instruction on basic deposition techniques and explores a variety of questioning methods, to help navigate the time-sensitive nature of today's deposition settings.

Mr. Hinchman concentrates his practice in the representation of regional and national businesses in a full range of complex commercial, government contracts and bankruptcy litigation matters.
