William R. Hinchman, a partner in the litigation department of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, LLP has authored a case file that has recently been published by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.  The case file entitled Bio-Solutions, Inc. v. Steven O'Malley will be used in law schools, corporate legal departments and by NITA to teach attorneys the trial skills necessary to successfully try commercial cases.

Mr. Hinchman concentrates his practice in the representation of regional and national businesses in a full range of complex commercial, government contracts and bankruptcy litigation matters.
