Hinchman, a partner in the commercial litigation department at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg & Ellers, LLP, was a featured speaker at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Trials Skills Program, in San Francisco. NITA's programs seek to develop and teach trial advocacy skills to support and promote the effective and fair administration of justice.
