William R. Hinchman has joined Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers as a partner in the Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments.  He has extensive experience representing regional and national businesses in a full range of complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation matters.  He has served as lead trial counsel in numerous jury trials representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Hinchman is a graduate of Juniata College and Villanova University School of Law, where he was honored with an award for excellence in trial advocacy.  He received his Master of Laws degree, with honors, in trial advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law.  Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Hinchman served as a trial attorney for the United States of America, Department of the Army, Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Mr. Hinchman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
