Randi L. Rubin has returned to Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers as an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Department.  Ms. Rubin concentrates her practice on all aspects of negotiation and documentation of commercial real estate and finance transactions, acquisitions, sales and development of commercial property and office and retail leasing.

Prior to rejoining Klehr Harrison, Ms. Rubin was General Counsel of an artificial turf company.  From 1998-2005, Ms. Rubin was a member of Klehr’s Litigation Department and focused her practice on complex commercial litigation.
