William J. Clements, Esquire, has been elected Chairman of the Upper Merion Township Zoning Hearing Board. The Board hears and decides commercial and residential zoning matters in the King of Prussia area. Mr. Clements is Of Counsel in the litigation department at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP.
