William R. Hinchman, a partner in the Litigation and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Departments of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, was a presenter at the Deposition Skills course sponsored by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy at the New York Law School. The course provided an overview of basic deposition techniques and allowed attorneys to observe and then execute a variety of deposition questioning methods.

Mr. Hinchman is a skilled, experienced litigator concentrating in all facets of commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on complex business disputes, government contracts and insolvency.
