Douglas F. Schleicher, a partner, and Julie Beddingfield, an associate, in the Environmental Group at the law firm of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, authored the chapters on Pennsylvania and Delaware in the Second Edition of Toxic Mold Litigation, recently published by Lawyers & Judges Publishing Company.
 

Mr. Schleicher concentrates his practice on every facet of environmental law, including Brownfields redevelopment, mold remediation, transactional environmental issues and environmental litigation.
 

Ms. Beddingfield’s practice covers a broad range of environmental matters, including Brownfields redevelopment, contaminate site assessment and remediation. She is one of the few attorneys in Pennsylvania to be certified as a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional).
