Kyle W. Fox concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, representing clients in leasing matters and the acquisition, disposition and development of property. He works with private equity firms, developers, retailers and other national and local businesses.

Mr. Fox has experience negotiating and drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements and easement agreements, as well as various service agreements relating to development and construction.

Before joining the firm, Kyle was counsel for a Philadelphia based private equity firm and its portfolio companies, advising on general corporate and commercial matters (including negotiating and drafting confidentiality agreements, service agreements and supply agreements and drafting corporate formation and organizational documents). Kyle also assisted in the documentation and closing of various acquisition, sale, financing and co-investment transactions.

In addition to real estate matters, Kyle has volunteered for the Homeless Advocacy Project in Philadelphia, helping underserved individuals obtain birth certificates.
