Inna Keith focuses her practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Courts, in the course of which she worked closely with clients to determine litigation strategy, drafted and argued motions, engaged in written discovery, conducted and defended party, expert and fact witness depositions, evaluated liability and projected damages, engaged in trial preparation and negotiated favorable settlements.

Inna has represented individual and business clients in litigation involving a diverse array of claims, including product liability, premises liability, consumer fraud, toxic tort, construction defect and dram shop cases. In her practice, Inna has also represented excess insurance carriers by monitoring litigation involving potentially policy-triggering claims and ensuring that the excess carriers’ interests were protected.

While pursuing her J.D. at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, Inna was the Associate Managing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion and interned for the Honorable Mary Eva Colalillo, J.S.C. (P.J.Ch.) (ret.) and the Honorable Jean B. McMaster, J.S.C. (ret.) in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Inna went on to clerk for Judge McMaster after obtaining her J.D. While in law school, Inna also represented victims of domestic abuse seeking permanent restraining orders in bench trials through the Domestic Violence Clinic, and received the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes award for her work.
