Stephanie M. Boggs is an Associate in the Real Estate and Finance Department who concentrates her practice in zoning and real estate matters. She has significant experience in researching and preparing zoning applications and presenting appeals to zoning boards. Stephanie has prepared agreements of sale and commercial leases, and has represented developers in municipal planning and zoning board applications. She also possesses significant knowledge in representing developers in a variety of tax abatement applications, including preparing application materials and working with compliance officials.

Stephanie has prepared condominium registration documents including public offering statements, master deeds, and bylaws. She is adept at preparing residential and commercial leases, real estate purchase and sale agreements, business asset purchase agreements, mortgages, promissory notes, dissolution, and omnibus termination agreements. Before joining the Firm, Stephanie worked for a boutique law firm in Jersey City, NJ, and a nationally recognized regional firm in Philadelphia, PA. She has also worked for several real estate investors and developers, and received her M.B.A. and J.D. from Villanova University.
