James A. Petkun Speaking on a Panel at 2019 White Collar Conference

PHILADELPHIA (November 19, 2019) — Klehr Harrison white collar litigation partner James A. Petkun will speak at the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers 2019 White Collar Practice Seminar on November 20 – 22, 2019 in Philadelphia.

Petkun is one of three panelists for the program, “A Look at Legal Ethics through the Lens of the Mueller Investigation,” taking place on November 22, 2019 at 4 pm. The program focuses on the myriad roles played by lawyers during the Mueller investigation, takes a closer look at how the role of attorney ethics guided the paths of certain attorneys involved, and examines the choices and resulting ramifications for those attorneys. Petkun, a former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., will speak alongside former DOJ colleagues Anthony Pozos (Drinker Biddle & Reath) and Adam Saltzman (Buchanan Ingersoll). Learn more about this presentation on PACDL’s website.
