Edward J. Kuna Joins Klehr Harrison's Real Estate and Finance Practice

PHILADELPHIA (September 5, 2019) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP (Klehr Harrison) is pleased to announce that Edward Kuna joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. Kuna joins Klehr Harrison with more than 20 years of experience in representing companies, financial institutions, and individuals in connection with debt financing, real estate, and general corporate matters. Kuna represents clients as buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in connection with a variety of real estate transactions, encompassing loans, construction and development financing, acquisitions, sales, development, management, and environmental assessment and remediation in both single asset and portfolio transactions.
Denise Day, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group said, “Ed’s extensive experience in diverse and wide ranging real estate and debt financing transactions will be a tremendous asset to our finance team.” Kuna stated, “In moving from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, joining the region’s premier Real Estate & Finance practice at Klehr Harrison seemed to be a natural transition.”
Kuna earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College.
Prior to joining the firm, Kuna was a member of Eckert Seamans’ Pittsburgh office.
