Sharon was previously in-house at a global Fortune 500 energy management and automation company, where she served as director of global tax M&A and corporate transaction and director of tax planning and transactions.

Sharon advises clients on the formation of private equity funds, real estate transactions, partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations. In addition, Sharon has extensive experience advising domestic, international and multinational clients on structuring and operational considerations relating to cross-border investments and business transactions.
