Sharon Shachar Expands Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg's Tax Practice

PHILADELPHIA (June 6, 2019)— Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP (Klehr Harrison) is pleased to announce that Sharon Shachar recently joined the firm as a Partner in its Tax Practice Group. Sharon was previously in-house at a global Fortune 500 energy management and automation company, where she served as director of global tax M&A and corporate transaction and director of tax planning and transactions.

Sharon represents clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, tax-free reorganizations, leveraged buyouts, debt financing and joint ventures. Sharon advises clients on the formation of private equity funds, real estate transactions, partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations. In addition, Sharon has extensive experience advising domestic, international and multinational clients on structuring and operational considerations relating to cross-border investments and business transactions.
