As an experienced litigator, Greg develops strategies to leverage his clients’ positions into positive settlement outcomes, and, when settlement fails, achieve positive outcomes at trial.

Greg is a trusted M&A litigator, litigating disputes in courts such as the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court of Delaware. Greg has defended multiple sellers of middle-market enterprises against claims of fraud and breaches of representations and warranties. In these high-stakes litigations, Greg’s acumen in thoroughly understanding his client’s business and the facts surrounding the transaction enables Greg to forcefully advocate on behalf of his clients.

In Greg’s employment litigation practice, he represents employers and individuals in discrimination claims, wage and hour litigation, and restrictive covenant litigation. Greg also engages in employment counseling to create best-practices to avoid litigation. Employers appreciate Greg’s ability to understand their business’ work-place and craft litigation solutions to achieve positive resolutions.

Greg also is a skilled appellate litigator. Prior to joining Klehr Harrison, Greg clerked on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals for Judge Dolores Sloviter and on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division for Judge Jane Grall. Greg regularly represents clients taking and defending appeals in the federal and state courts. Clients regularly benefit from Greg’s familiarity with the appellate courts and his ability to powerfully advance his clients’ positions.

Greg is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Law—Camden, where he served on the executive board of the Rutgers Law Journal. While in law school, Greg regularly participated in Rutgers’ pro bono programs, earning the Pro Bono Award for Significant Achievement.
