Randi is an aggressive, firm and effective advocate, yet she has a practical approach to achieving the best resolution for her clients. She exercises outstanding judgment and utilizes her keen business acumen to engage in early negotiation and settlement discussions when possible. However, Randi will advise her clients of the most advantageous and expeditious course of action if the matter must proceed through litigation. She prides herself on providing timely, responsive individualized service to her clients. Randi ensures that her clients are kept in the loop, actively contribute to the case strategy and always approve any decisions affecting their case. Randi takes great strides to explain the legal process and prepare her clients for all phases of litigation, court appearances, mediation and evaluations. Adding to her wide range of legal experience, Randi has personally experienced divorce first hand. As a result, she exudes patience and understanding for her clients’ and their families’ emotional transition.

From 1998 to July 2005, Randi was a member of Klehr’s real estate and finance department and litigation department and concentrated her practice in family law and complex commercial litigation, focusing on disputes and transactions involving real estate and finance, intellectual property, shareholder disputes and business divorce, trade secrets and employment law. She has also represented clients in the real estate, entertainment, technology and insurance industries with general corporate affairs and business transactions. Her diverse and extensive legal experience outside of family law provides her clients with the additional benefit of a trial lawyer who understands a variety of complex businesses, their corporate and financial structures, tax implications and economic effects of divorce.

Before returning to Klehr Harrison in 2007, Randi served as General Counsel of an artificial turf company.  In this position, she was responsible for the company's legal affairs, including negotiating and drafting contracts, managing litigation and outside legal counsel, as well as maintaining corporate filings and managing employment issues and enforcing the company's intellectual property rights.

Randi is a single mother of two children and resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  Randi is active in her children's activities and their community and works out and is an avid runner.  For enjoyment, Randi loves to attend Philadelphia sporting events, concerts and the movies.  When possible, Randi loves to travel, frequenting the South Jersey beaches, the Caribbean, or ski towns in Colorado and Utah.
