Biography

Domenic Pacitti serves as Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department and concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, restructuring and workouts, representing debtors, creditors’ committees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors and acquirers of distressed assets and companies.  He advises officers and directors of companies involved in financial restructurings on corporate governance and fiduciary duties.

Mr. Pacitti was named one of “America’s Leading Lawyers in Bankruptcy” by Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers For Business, The Client’s Guide 2006 through the present.

Mr. Pacitti has been named to The 2018, 2019 and 2020 Best Lawyers in America lists© In addition, Mr. Pacitti was named a Delaware Super Lawyer® in 2012 by a vote of his peers.
