Biography

Danielle represents a variety of clients in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, fund formation, corporate governance issues, and other contractual and transactional matters.

Danielle graduated from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Drexel Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Federal Income Tax.
