Elizabeth Webb Bucilla focuses her practice on the representation of privately-held companies, publicly-traded corporations and alternative entities with regard to general corporate counseling, negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, and a variety of commercial and business matters including governance, corporate finance, joint ventures, strategic investments and similar transactions. Before joining the firm, Elizabeth practiced in the corporate group of a law firm in Wilmington, Delaware.

Elizabeth received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.
