Meredith A. Lowry

Associate | Litigation

Biography

Meredith focuses her practice on white collar litigation matters, including criminal defense and related civil, federal, and administrative enforcement matters. She has significant experience defending clients charged with federal and state crimes, and representing witnesses in grand jury investigations. She has also assisted in plea negotiations, conducting internal investigations, and advocating for clients at sentencing hearings in federal court.

Meredith has worked for several boutique federal criminal defense firms, including a specialized white-collar criminal defense firm where she assisted in the representation of clients convicted of white collar crimes on appeal, including in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meredith graduated cum laude from the Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she was an Associate Editor of the Drexel Law Review, a member of the Drexel Brehons, and a research assistant to two professors. While in law school, Meredith served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Karen M. Williams in the District of New Jersey. She also interned at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and she participated in a criminal litigation clinic, representing indigent criminal defendants through the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
