Drew E. Reinhold is an Associate in the Real Estate and Finance Department. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters in such areas as commercial leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate. He works with developers, retailers, private equity firms and other national and local businesses.

Mr. Reinhold’s work includes preparing financing and other real estate transactional documents and conducting due diligence for real estate transactions to resolve title, survey and other due diligence issues.

While in law school he completed a year long clerkship with a globally recognized, AmLaw 100 firm, and represented local start-up businesses as a Student Attorney with Drexel’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Mr. Reinhold also received recognition for his pro bono service with the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Pennsylvania’s Office of the Attorney General.
