Stephanie Stecklair

Biography

Stephanie Stecklair focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal support, child custody, child support, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic violence. Stephanie has also served as a Guardian ad Litem in Philadelphia County. She practices in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties. Stephanie is dedicated to helping her clients through what is often one of the most difficult experiences of their lives and appreciates that family law matters present unique emotional challenges for individuals and families to navigate. Stephanie ensures that her clients are informed about their options and she works to proactively resolve their matters while remaining a zealous advocate.

Stephanie is a native of Philadelphia and is dedicated to giving back to the community. She is a proud member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee and assists with a wide range of volunteer efforts and law school outreach. Stephanie is also a member of the Wakefield Women's Association and is an active volunteer for Philadelphia VIP and the Support Center for Child Advocates. She was recently featured in Volume 40, Issue No. 4 of the PBA Family Lawyer.

Stephanie was named a 2018 and 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® Rising Star by a vote of her peers.
