Mr. Johns' diverse practice includes foreclosure litigation, commercial workouts, civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and transactional real estate.  Mr. Johns has successfully represented clients in civil litigation, including numerous residential foreclosures, defending against counterclaims asserted under RESPA, TILA, HOSA, HOEPA, the New Jersey's Homeowners Security Act of 2002 and the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, and defenses based on challenges to standing where the subject loans had been assigned before or during the foreclosure.

Mr. Johns has represented creditor clients in bankruptcy court and related collection activity, obtaining relief from the automatic stay and pursuing the execution on and recovery of secured assets.

Mr. Johns has also represented clients in the sale of over 150 residential properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey obtained through foreclosure, negotiating contracts, resolving title issues and evicting holdover tenants.

Mr. Johns is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and was named a New Jersey Rising Star in 2014 and 2015.

In 2018, Mr. Johns was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer^® Rising Star by a vote of his peers.
