Geisinger, Delta Medix settle lawsuits over urology practices

Bill Harvey and Lisa Lori secured a confifential settlement for client Delta Medix in a no-compete dispute with Geisinger Health Systems. This matter was featured in an article titled, "Geisinger, Delta Medix settle lawsuits over urology practices" in Scranton's The Times-Tribune on October 28, 2019. "Lori said Delta is happy the case is resolved so it can focus on its patients’ needs. It now has six urologists on staff — Donald Preate Jr., Irwin Goldstein, Michael Campenni, Kenneth Fitzpatrick, Abhishek Srivastava and Laura Douglas, she said."
